Senior Infrastructure Engineer

This position will act as a Sr. Infrastructure Engineer and be part of a dynamic team that moves with speed and a focus on solving problems. You will be responsible for helping drive our network, security, and cloud initiatives, along with the operations tasks necessary to support our customer’s demanding networks both on premise and in the cloud. We are looking for someone who is skilled in a full stack of technologies. Such as SD-WAN, SDN, Networking, Security, Infrastructure. Any prior cloud experience such as AWS/Azure is a plus. The role also requires the ability to learn new technologies in our ever changing world. Curious what cloud and API’s are all about? Good! A good candidate must possess the ability to think through both problems and solutions, leveraging strong troubleshooting skills. Being able to work independently, self-driven as well as part of a larger team is a must. Although a broad range of experience is important, the most critical skills for this individual will be strong experience with a focus on customer experience

 

DUTIES

  • Implement new infrastructure hardware and software as needed. 
  • Experience with basic scripting, The desire to learn more about programing.
  • Seek out and correct security shortcomings, experience with security products and the best practices that follow.
  • Meet with engineers from other companies to discuss and propose new projects and new potential directions in specific projects.
  • Troubleshooting just about anything that touches the network.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for both internal and external customers.
  • Configure, test, and manage critical network infrastructure.
  • Deploy infrastructure technologies consistent with modern day design principals.
  • Maintain standard technical, support, operational and security documentation.
  • Act as higher-level support during incident response activities.
  • Capable of working independently in a high paced highly dynamic environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Advanced infrastructure experience such as Cisco IOS, IOS XE, etc.
  • Experience with troubleshooting networks
  • Experience with change control process
  • Experience building and supporting WiFi networks
  • Experience with IPSEC, SSL/TLS and other VPN standards
  • Some experience in basic scripting such as TCL, Notepad, etc.
  • A thorough understanding of the OSI network stack
  • Experience with network routing such as OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, and WAN technologies
  • Some experience with Next-Generation WAN such as SD-WAN
  • Strong level of knowledge with LAN switching/Layer 2 protocols and design.
  • A practical level of experience implementing and administrating common TCP/IP based services, including DNS, NHCP, HTTP, FTP, SSH, SMTP, etc.
  • Practical level of experience with network design and architecture
  • Experience with SIEM, logging, and support software is a plus
  • Experience with Cisco ASA, Firepower, ISE and Palo Alto or other types of firewalls
  • Experience with AWS/Azure is a plus
  • Experience with cloud technology such as IaaS, SaaS, etc.
  • Ability to create and maintain network documentation

 

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Several years as a network design and hands-on network engineering role
  • Detail oriented with ability to work in a dynamic environment with team focus
  • Possess excellent communication, organization, documentation and presentation skillsets.
  • Any industry certification is a plus EX: Cisco, AWS, Palo Alto
  • Work independently and self-driven to achieve team goals and deadlines.
  • Must possess valid Driver’s License
  • Must be willing to travel up to 10% of time.

Senior Acquisition Manager

 The Senior Acquisition Manager will be located in Orange County, Los Angeles, California, and San Diego, and will be responsible for uncovering new clients, generating revenue/margins, and cultivating new partner relationships within each of their prospective or existing client accounts. This individual will identify and target organizations needing a network, cybersecurity, and public cloud expertise. This role is responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing, and product & service strategic alignment to our clients, both short and long-range, targeted toward existing and new clients.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop sales opportunities as a means to grow revenue/margins and increase market share.
  • Establish new, and maintain existing, relationships with customers and partners.
  • Act as the lead in all customer communications, and be responsible for the customer’s overall satisfaction with the company, and company products/services within the assigned accounts.
  • Respond to RFP’s, RFQ’s, and RFI’s in a formal proposal format working with team members
  • Support marketing activities by attending partner briefings, Webinars, and internal sales and marketing activities.
  • Work cooperatively with Corporate Executives, Marketing, Customer Service, and other Sales team members to help build market strategies for the overall success of the company.
  • Utilize SalesForce to report regularly on the progress of sales, contracts, forecasts, and performance against assigned objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned by Triden Group

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English required (oral and written)
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to use a PC and basic software applications (including the Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Experience with SalesForce CRM
  • Experience using Outreach Sequencing a plus
  • Knowledge and track record of territory development including new business accounts
  • Strong presentation, verbal and communication skills are essential

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or 4 years of sales experience (Focus on Cyber Security is a plus)
  • Experience developing and cultivating new client relationships and sales in greenfield territory
  • Experience with a ‘Start-Up’ a plus

    What you’ll be working on:

    • Prospect and generate leads with companies within a defined territory
    • Leverage a lead generation tools, including LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Hunter.io and Outreach
    • Collaborate closely with Sales Manager and Sales Team to establish a territory “plan-of-attack”, including target companies, target prospects, and messaging/talk-tracks
    • Set up new meetings to hand off to our Sales Manager and Sales Team
    • Learn, leverage, and help evolve our demand generation process
    • Qualify opportunities and handle objections
    • Participate in regular training & informational sessions
    • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of Qualified Opportunities and Closed Business
